Dan Libarle President

Dan is the third generation of the Libarle family to lead the business. He worked with his father, Lucien, for more than 40 years and eventually purchased the business. Dan remembers working in the plant as a boy and he remembers his father working very hard in the business. Dan attended Petaluma High School, played football at the University of Oregon and graduated from San Jose State University.

Dan has worked hard to focus the business on customer service, quality and building and maintaining enduring relationships. In 2004, he built a new 10,000 square foot plant in Petaluma so that Lace House can provide the services that our customers need in the next century. Richard Marzo Vice President

Richard is the Vice-President of Sales at Lace House. He was born and raised in Illinois and graduated from SMU in Texas in 1987. Richard likes to talk so sales is his strength but he also is involved in plant operations, water management and account management.

Richard lives in Petaluma with Nicole (4th generation of the Libarle family to be involved in Lace House) and their three boys. More potential for Lace House employees with those boys! He is bi-lingual in Spanish and enjoys cooking, eating and drinking wine. He is on the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce Board, Rotary Club of Petaluma and acts as a director for the Performing Arts Program at the elementary school. Geoff Ellis Vice President Geoff is the Vice-President of Finance at Lace House. Geoff graduated from Boston College in 1991 and earned his MBA from UC Berkeley. He came to work at Lace House in 2004 and works primarily on finance and operations. Like everyone at Lace House, he spends a lot of time working with customers. He lives in Petaluma with his wife, Phoebe (4th generation of Libarles to be involved in Lace House) two sons and a daughter. He enjoys coaching his children's athletic endeavors and playing a little golf himself. He is on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties and a former Board member and current member of The Rotary Club of Petaluma.

Terry Goetzl Plant Manager

Ken Carli

Ken has worked at Lace House Linen since June 1968. He has worked in the plant, drives the delivery vans, fixes equipment and does sales. He enjoys working in a family business as he has become part of the “Lace House” family.

Melinda Bauer Office Manager

Melinda actually “runs” Lace House. She has worked at Lace House since August 1979. She started working on the irons, moved up to be the “tie-out” supervisor and is now the office manager. She knows the production side of the business as well as the customer service. For our existing customers, Melinda, is their friend in the office.
